Access and Security

All communications between our applications, our servers are encrypted.

We are using external services below to operate Fast Scanner:

1. Google Firebase: authentication users, analytics, error reporting

2. Google Cloud Platform: Validate in-app purchase, OCR (Text Recognize)

3. Google Admob: display ads

App permissions

To operate, Fast Scanner requires the following permissions:

1. Storage: save your scanned documents to phone storage.

2. Camera: using phone's camera to scan document.

Advertising

Ads appearing on our apps may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Usage Of Cloud AI Features

When activating AI Features like ArtBot on an image, we upload the image to a cloud server to process it, send the output from it directly to the requesting device.

You grant Smart media a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide fully-paid, transferable sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display in all formats and channels now known or later developed, without compensation to you.By using this application, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our application. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team is a software product protected by intellectual property law, copyright law and other laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
You may:
– Install and use Camera To PDF Scanner Free version
– Buy Pro version of Camera To PDF Scanner on a your smartphone or tablet.
You may not:
– Debug, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make any attempt to view, discover, or study the source code or the command code of Camera To PDF Scanner or perform any similar acts.
– Modify, crack, patch, or make any attempt to change Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team’s operation.
– Create derivative works based upon Camera To PDF Scanner in whole or in part.
– Use Camera To PDF Scanner in any manner not authorized by this Agreement.
2. Updates
Camera To PDF Scanner is automatically updated on a regular basis. If you own a license of Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team, you may obtain Camera To PDF Scanner updates during the valid period of the license.
3. Free usage
You are still granted the right to use Camera To PDF Scanner with limited features free of charge, but are forbidden to use Camera To PDF Scanner for commercial purposes. Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team reserves the right to limit, add, remove, modify features of Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team, as well as the right to terminate your free use of Camera To PDF Scanner without prior notice.

5. Responsibilities
THEORETICALLY, DUE TO OBJECTIVE OR SUBJECTIVE IMPACTS, OR DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM OR OF THE CONFLICT BETWEEN Camera To PDF Scanner AND OTHER SOFTWARE RUNNING ON THE SAME SMARTPHONE OR TABLET, THERE MIGHT BE ERROR DURING THE TIME YOU USE Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team. IN NO EVENT MAY YOU ASK FOR COMPENSATION FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR: SYSTEM’S AVAILABILITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF MONEY, OR SPIRITUAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team. IN NO CASE WILL REPARATION DUTY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team. THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT.
6. General Information
– This Agreement shall be subject to the law of the country in which Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team) is headquartered.
– All legal relations between the parties, including matters relating to torts, shall be subject to the law of the country in which Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team is headquartered.
– This Agreement shall be subject to the law of the country in which Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team is headquartered. The place of jurisdiction shall be in the country in which Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team is headquartered. All matters relating to the validity, interpretation and fulfillment of the contractual provisions including but not limited to matters relating to torts shall be settled in the country in which Pdf Scanner - Text Scanner Team is headquartered.
