Zenjoy may make both personal and non-personal information available to subsidiaries and affiliated companies that are under common ownership or controlled within the Zenjoy group, but Zenjoy Limited as the controller will guarantee the subsidiaries and affiliates to assume the obligations as same as Zenjoy assumes as information receiver in this Policy.

We may disclose both personal and non-personal information to Services providers working on our behalf to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security Services; fulfil orders; conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality; and assist Zenjoy in improving the Services and creating new Services features. We ensure a similar degree of protection in this Policy is afforded when disclose or transfer your personal information in areas outside of your home country.
